As a pivotal member of our research team, you will:Assist PV Country Lead and Cluster/Area Lead in maintaining PV system in Oceania LOC.Collaborate with commercial teams on engagements involving PSP, MR, suppliers with PV obligations, agreements, and supplier issues.Assist in crafting and implementing flawless PV training materials for sales representatives, customer service, investigators, and others.Collaborate with PV Country Lead and Cluster/Area Lead to coordinate vendors, ensuring quality and timeliness.Contribute to the preparation and submission of safety documents.Implement global, regional, and local PV strategies at the LOC in coordination with the PV Country Lead and/or Cluster/Area Lead.Support internal and external PV audits or inspections.Coordinate with local PV suppliers to ensure continuous business operations, establishing appropriate coordination as needed.Maintain accurate contact information and update any changes of LOC PV personnel for global communications.EducationBachelor''s degree or higher in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or medical field (advanced degree preferred).ExperienceMinimum of 2 years PV working experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with a proven understanding of pharmacovigilance and local regulatory requirements.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProficient understanding of medical/scientific terminology.High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a flexible and collaborative approach.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.Advanced computer literacy.BenefitsJoin our team and take advantage of these great benefits!
