Youll work closely with senior leadership and operational line leaders to influence cultural change and develop best practices for absentee management.This is a highly influential role, where your expertise will shape the success of the RTW function across the organisation. With no pre-existing structure, youll have the opportunity to create policies and procedures, establish reporting systems, and drive positive change.
