Supporting a Property Management team, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phoneConducting open homes and open for inspectionsRoutine inspections & Saturday workDiary ManagementPrepare properties for online advertisingLease sign upsPreparing leases and lease packsAd hoc administration dutiesThe Candidate:We are looking for someone who is ready to join one of Sydneys most exclusive teams.
