We are driven by combining data-driven insights with innovative technology, evidence-based care and high-quality treatments to create a unique health services delivery organisation.The RoleReporting into the Chief People Officer, the People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality, strategic and operational P&C support across Honeysuckle Health. This role plays a critical part in embedding a strong performance culture by partnering with leaders to drive engagement, talent development, and operational effectiveness.As a trusted advisor, the People & Culture Business Partner will provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and capability development to employee relations and change management. Operating within a business partner model, this role will influence and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to organisational success.The People & Culture Business Partner will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting key project-based initiatives across learning & development, performance management, M&A integration, and wellbeing. By building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of different teams, this role will help shape an employee experience that drives both individual and business growth.This role is based at our Newcastle hub, with flexible hybrid work options. We also welcome candidates based in Brisbane, where the same flexibility applies.Key Responsibilities:Supporting cultural integration across the Honeysuckle Health groupWorking side by side with people leaders to solve both operational and strategic challengesProviding award interpretation and employee relations advice to leadersImplementing talent, remuneration and development initiatives that align with the company''s long term strategySupporting our HRIS administration and payroll processesDriving employee engagement initiatives and using data insights to address feedbackAbout YouTo succeed in this role, we''ll need someone who meets the following criteria:5+ years experience in generalist Human Resources or Employee Relations rolesDemonstrated ability to form trusted relationships with business leaders and influence key stakeholders providing operational HR solutions and supporting strategic initiativesThorough understanding of Australian workplace legislation & fair work guidelinesTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law or BusinessDemonstrated experience with Award interpretationHands-on experience with remuneration strategy and managementRobust change management experienceCapacity and willingness to work in a pragmatic, optimistic and agile way, and operating with flexibility while supporting people leadersPreferred Experience:Previous HR experience in Healthcare or Insurance industriesMergers & acquisitions experience, including integration post-transactionHRIS administration (Employment Hero strongly preferred)Demonstrated leadership of change management initiativesFamiliarity with the Nurses Award, Health Professionals, or Pharmacy AwardTo ApplyReady to build a Healthier Future?
