This role plays a critical part in embedding a strong performance culture by partnering with leaders to drive engagement, talent development, and operational effectiveness.As a trusted advisor, the People & Culture Business Partner will provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and capability development to employee relations and change management. Operating within a business partner model, this role will influence and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to organisational success.The People & Culture Business Partner will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting key project-based initiatives across learning & development, performance management, M&A integration, and wellbeing. By building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of different teams, this role will help shape an employee experience that drives both individual and business growth.This role is based at our Newcastle hub, with flexible hybrid work options.
