UniSC Clinical Trials | UniSC Sunshine Coast, Morayfield Health Hub or UniSC Southbank (Flexible base location)Level 1, $37.65 per hour plus 11.5% superannuationThe OpportunityJoin our team and be the first point of contact for participants in groundbreaking clinical trials! You''ll engage with registered participants through outbound calls, text messages, and emails, guiding them through the pre-trial screening process and assessing their initial eligibility. Managing Contact Centre enquiries, youll ensure compliance with ICH/GCP frameworks, UniSC Clinical Trials protocols, and ethical guidelines while safeguarding participant privacy. In addition, you''ll support the team with administrative and data entry tasks, playing a key role in the success of our research initiatives.You willperform a pre-trial screening of potential trial participants via phone, managing communication through inbound/outbound calls, emails, data system text messages, and social media enquiries;maintain a professional phone manner whilst accurately and efficiently recording answers to phone screening questions with potential participants, seeking knowledge from Clinical Teams to determine initial eligibility for Clinical Trial Enrolment;work and thrive in a target-driven environment, meeting tight deadlines;ensure participant privacy and confidentiality without exception, asking questions relating to medical history, medications, and lifestyle choices to achieve desired outcomes to meet study protocol criteria;contribute to a positive and safe work environment by modelling and promoting conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.About youYou possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, along with outstanding customer service abilities. You maintain a professional, positive, and friendly phone manner, quickly establishing rapport with participants. Your high attention to detail ensures accuracy across data entry platforms. You thrive in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines.You will possess:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment with an administration diploma or equivalent proven prior learning/work experience;Exceptional customer service skills - professional, positive, and friendly phone manner with clear and effective communication skills;Ability to actively listen and discern participants'' questions and answers to understand their individual circumstances to finalise clinic bookings in a timely manner;Demonstrate a sound understanding of technology with the ability to learn new CRM systems (preference given to RealTime CTMS experience or similar);Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy across data entry platforms and Microsoft Office Suite systems;Prior experience in medical administration, health, or a related role would be an advantage, as will be asking consumers questions relating to their health and medical history.All applications must be lodged through the Careers at UniSC website.UniSC values a diverse and talented workforce and invites applications from candidates who already have legal work rights in Australia.We will review and progress applications as they are received for this role.Your completed application must include:a resume, noting your application will be reviewed in alignment with the specified selection criteria as outlined within the job advertisement.
