We strive to create a world where people have more time with loved ones.Reporting to the National Sales Manager Near Patient Care (NPC), we are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive the growth and expansion of Roche''s Near Patient Care Business encompassing both Diabetes Care and Point of Care product portfolios. A key member of the Access and Innovation Community, the primary purpose of the Account Manager is to grow enterprise value through commercial collaboration and sales execution.The Account Manager role is a key contributor to achieving success, through strong sales and commercial acumen that delivers exceptional results in the field. Data analytics, market assessment, proactive sales analysis and CRM solution utilisation will be key to successful execution and will complement a strong in-field presence with current customers and prospective customers alike. Key to successful Account Management is the focus on strategic relationships aimed at developing growth partnerships that create business impact for Roche and our customers. With strong exposure or demonstrated sales experience in medical devices, you will have the drive and/or proven track record of achieving sales results and developing business relationships. This role coordinates Roche resources and leverages expertise to develop, communicate and position value creation of Roche solutions across the customer network. The scope of customers includes public and private healthcare enterprises in the Diabetes Care and Point of Care ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:Implementation of the sales strategy and tactics for the business.Driving growth by servicing and selling to targeted pharmacies, hospitals, diabetes clinics and aged care facilities.Building on and developing well-established customer relationships in state key accounts.Support the implementation of the business plan to achieve sales targets.Manage targeted accounts and key business relationships to drive market share growth of Accu-Check Diabetes Care products and services whilst identifying opportunities for Point of Care product placements.Provide product and software training and education to healthcare professionals in pharmacy and hospital settings.Manage and record all sales interactions within the CRM system daily.Maintain a high level of customer, product and therapeutic knowledge.Ensure compliance to RDA policies and code of conduct.Live the Roche Vision and Values.Who you are:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Medicine or equivalent 5 10 years account management skills in diagnostics/OTC/healthcare within both retail pharmacy & hospital.Proven strategic account management experience in the Diabetes therapy area is desirable.Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Aptitude for market development strategies to drive revenue growth, results focused professional who knows how to win.Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, as well as network internally and externally with a high level of resilience and determination to achieve sales targets.Ability to manage key accounts, build and enhance key relationships.Ability to analyse and interpret data to strategically plan and prioritise sales activities.Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.Growth and entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking abilities.Ability to travel interstate and internationally as required.A valid drivers license is essential.This role is only open to candidates that have full eligibility to live and work in Australia.What we offerRoche offers rewarding growth opportunities, a competitive remuneration package and a collaborative culture where people are united in purpose and will stretch you to be brave, speak up and think differently.
