TMHA is a strong, financially secure business with a great future ahead and a prime focus on the development of its people.The Service Administrator is a vital part of the service team, providing support to our customers, sales, and service teams to ensure all service requests and warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a friendly manner.The role is primarily responsible for:Completing all administration duties related to processing warranty claims for all manufacturers within the TMHA business in a timely manner.Analysing claims and processing them in accordance with the manufacturers'' processes as per the approved Warranty Procedure guidelines.Referring claims that are out of warranty or require policy decisions to the Branch Service Manager.Creating and providing monthly warranty financial reports for the Branch Service Manager.Working closely with the head office national service to answer any specific queries regarding submitted claims.General Duties:When required, processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, and presenting them for approval prior to processing.Initiating purchase orders for the Service Department as requested.Being familiar with the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented within all service and warranty activities.Assisting with other service-related duties requested by the Branch Service Manager due to customer requirements and/or business growth.Assisting the Field Service Controllers by:Contacting customers via phone and/or email to arrange PM servicing at a suitable time for customers.Directing any invoice queries to the relevant Service Manager or Service Admin team.Keeping the accounts department up to date with any customer detail changes.Raising purchase orders for service jobs when required.Arranging unit return to workshop paperwork with rental and workshop.Arranging contractors to undertake works.Qualifications & Experience:Experience working within the Material Handling industry or a similar/relevant industrial service sector.Previous experience with an ERP (M3) system, or a similar system.Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organisational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Computer savvy - ability to learn new systems and software.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer focus.Self-motivated.Problem-solving skills.This is a salaried position, and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.Our commitment:TMHA is committed to the ongoing growth and development of its employees.
