Were known as a young and ambitious group filled with energy, momentum, and innovation to drive change with bold thinking making us leaders in the building and construction industry.Together, were setting a new benchmark for collaboration, innovation, engineering and outstanding delivery for the construction industry.The role:As part of our ongoing regional expansion, our newly formed team is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join us in New South Wales.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility, as this role will be based in Newcastle, but will be DIDO to regional areas as project demands permit.As an established contractor entering a new region, this opportunity provides a strong foundation for career development.Your impact:Your ongoing success with the team will ensure new projects are won at tender stage and projects are delivered on time, on budget and safely.Your every day:Coordinating day to day activities and acting as a point of escalation for critical and non-critical events.Managing subcontractor packages of works including on site coordination between work fronts and different disciplines.Coordinate material delivery, tracking and reporting.Undertaking quality inspections and review of works including ITP completion.Tracking of daily progress and productivity and reporting.Provide input to program for both completed activities and look ahead.Who are you?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent1-2 years relevant civil construction experienceHave a sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industryExcellent stakeholder management experienceDrivers license and own transportFlexibility with working away from home is a must.A career with usUnyte is an equal opportunity employer.
