They will work closely with Project Managers and assist the Senior Director in implementing and coordinating activities and programs that align with the successful execution of the project management business plan.On-boarding contractors into the finance system and ensuring compliancyTender/Bid/Renewal support as requiredMonthly invoicingCreating purchase orders for contractorsManaging contractor invoices and paymentsGeneral ad-hoc requirementsPreparing detailed reports and presentations for financeMaintain information registers to support business operationsParticipate and control contract audit programAdminister account financial and operational reporting and action plansEffective communication and information cross flow within project team including actively contributing to problem resolutionQualificationsStrong experience in Administration roleWorking knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing and associated admin.Ability to manage multiple complex assignments.Strong computer skills with common applications (E.g.
