Typical Duties:The main objective of this role is to provide assistance in the management, administration, and delivery of regulatory services, to ensure that they are accomplished in an effective and efficient manner and within all legislative, policy and procedural guidelines.Provide high quality customer service to external and internal customers, over the telephone and face-to-face, by providing accurate legislation and procedural information relevant to parking, animal and general by-law complaints and enquiries.Data entry and processing of infringements, applications, renewals, payments, and receipts into the Councils internal data system relevant to Councils regulatory services.Position Pre-Requisites: Relevant Certificate IV Qualification and/or minimum of two years experience in a clerical / administrative role in a medium to large customer service environment.Location: Civic CentreDays of work: Monday to Friday excluding Public HolidaysHours of work: 0800 to 1615 or 0900 to 1700 #J-18808-Ljbffr
