Vice President of Sales | Driving Growth through Strategic Problem Solving, Staffing Partnerships, Sales Process Development, Needs Analysis, andA Nesco Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic region for our Commercial staffing division, leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for Nesco Resource by building strong relationships with team members, customers, hiring managers, and key decision-makers within their territory, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations; they are expected to have deep knowledge of the commercial staffing landscape, Nescos solution portfolio, and market dynamics within their region to strategically drive sales growth and market penetration.Reports to: Vice President of SalesKey Responsibilities:Manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations, coaching performance, and providing ongoing development opportunities.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and market share objectives.Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to maximize sales results.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hiring managers, and decision-makers within their territory.Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to present Nesco solutions that address those needs.Conduct in-depth demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of Nesco Resource Solutions.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and staffing policy changes within their region to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for sales growth and new customer acquisitions.Develop targeted marketing plans to reach key customer segments within their region.Ensure compliance with all company policies, sales guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance metrics to senior management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven history of achieving sales excellence in the industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with experience coaching and developing sales representatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with HR, Procurement, and other decision-makers.In-depth knowledge of the industry, including market dynamics, and key stakeholders.Ability to travel approximately 50%.Candidates may be located in Cleveland, St. Louis, Troy, Phoenix or Dallas metropolitan areas.Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and bend or stand as necessary. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less.
