My client is a well-established large tier electrical contractor who has been operating across Sydney for over 25 years with leading builders and government clientele. They operate across the commercial, health-care & industrial sectors with projects up to $25m electrical value, but the majority are around the $10m range.Due to growth and newly established relationships with a couple of fantastic builders, they are looking for a Senior / Lead Estimator to join their team and oversee a couple of junior estimators.The role will require you to:Review Tenders - Commercial, Educational, Health-care, IndustrialDelegate to Junior EstimatorsLiaise with contractorsMaintain solid existing relationships with head contractorsAccurately compile estimating costsPrepare final documents and liaise with the Estimating ManagerAttend tender meetingsYou will:Have over 4 years as an electrical estimatorHave advanced software skills - Simpro & Excel experience desirableKnow your market & costsBe company-minded and looking to be here long termHave excellent communication skillsThe rewards:Excellent base depending on experience $170k - $200k + super + car allowance.Join an excellent company that works on great projects.Wide & diverse range of projects to engage with.Bonuses $$$$$Flexible working (after probation).Industry-leading training programmes and courses provided.Apply now - Must be an Australian Citizen and have at least 3 years experience as a Lead / Senior Estimator. #J-18808-Ljbffr
