Access salary packaging to increase take-home payPart-time (60.8 hours per fortnight), Maximum Term until 28/04/2028Based in BallaratAbout the programThe Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) is an innovative and evidenced-based case management service for people experiencing long-term homelessness in Central Highlands, Victoria. This program differs from other homelessness services as it provides the time needed for people to access their permanent homes and have an improved quality of life and increased community connection.Your new roleAs the Senior Practice Lead, you will provide practice development and support to Services program teams through the provision of trauma informed support including clinical supervision, group reflective practice, secondary consultation, and training. Some of the objectives of this position include:Contributing to Practice Development in partnership with the Principal Practice Lead and Service Program Managers and Coordinators.Providing support to direct service staff.Contributing to the development of practice development resources.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
