Join us to be part of a company where your career is a journey and your success is our success, thats not just a promise but a reality.The ROLEMentor, supervise and provide technical support to the team.Prior experience with scheduling, job delegation and coordination of workshop employees is essential.Maintain an understanding of customer requirements and expectations and provide accurate and timely communications to Key Stakeholders.Exposure to a diverse range of machine shop techniques typically associated with the heavy industrial machinery.Promote and support a safety culture that effectively manages risks in line with companys policies and procedures whilst achieving continuous improvement.Ensure commercial targets are within budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.About YOURelevant Trade Qualification (Fitting and Machining).Experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience is desirable.Able to demonstrate a command of wide-ranging highly specialised technical, creative or conceptual skills.The ability to prioritise workloads with excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in machining and related production processes.Excellent verbal and written communication with a positive approach to leadership.Willingness and ability to support and mentor team members.What We Offer YOUThere is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
