This temporary opportunity runs until June 2025 and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or on-site across North Queensland locations.About the RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting aged care facilities across the region. Acting as the primary HR contact for staff, you will provide expert guidance on performance management, cultural initiatives, conflict resolution, and case management.
