We believe that it is our mission to support all learners, providing students with a versatile education for a versatile world.Your RoleThis combined administrative position focuses on both timetabling and senior schooling administration at Park Ridge State High School. The successful applicant will work closely with the Deputy Principal to ensure the smooth daily operations of the school''s scheduling system, while also managing a range of senior schooling administrative tasks.Key responsibilities include managing and triaging timetable changes, assisting with the creation of annual, termly, and semester-based timetables in OneSchool, and supporting the elective selection process to ensure effective allocation of resources and class schedules. Additionally, the role involves managing senior student enrolments, subject changes, data management, and ensuring compliance with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) and other relevant bodies.The Administration Officer will capture and update data on attendance, behaviour, and enrolments; input and upload AARA documentation; enrol students, manage subject changes, and ensure timely updates to the QCAA system.
