Daimler Trucks Newcastle are seeking a customer centric Service Advisor to join our close-knit team on a permanent, full-time basis!As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to a variety of our key customers. Your day will involve tending to customer queries over the phone and face-to-face, scheduling service bookings and general administration duties. You will work closely with your team members and technicians to ensure our customers receive a best-in-class service and a positive experience from our department.This rare opportunity is well suited to an organised and efficient individual with Customer Service experience.
