LETP is situated on 6 acres and offers a range of holiday accommodation and camping facilities to suit all family needs, making it the perfect location for a beach holiday. LEV, over 50s Village offers low maintenance homes within a well-established and supportive community.The successful candidates will be required to live on-site at LETP, with accommodation and utilities provided as part of the salary package.This role is ideally suited for a management couple that are versatile and business savvy, passionate about resident relations, compliance, and able to ensure the smooth running of the properties.One position will predominantly be office-based while the other will oversee the grounds and maintenance side of the properties.Responsibilities of our park management (include but not limited to):Daily management of Park and Village Operations oversee and organisation of all departments within business including reception, grounds & maintenance, housekeeping, etc.Managing employees and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Manage after hours arrivals, concerns, emergencies, etc.Maximise revenue opportunities and have understanding of revenue management and reporting.Coordinate the day-to-day facility operations including maintaining the high standard of grounds and maintenance, amenities.Handle and resolve customer/resident complaints in a courteous and professional manner, build professional relationships.Ensure safety and a harmonious environment for all guest enjoyment.Essential Skills / Qualities3 years experience in a similar role managing a property asset such as a lifestyle community is preferred but not essential (open to aligned industries/roles).Proven and demonstrated experience in managing employees.Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.Strong business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills.Strong computer literacy, especially in the MS Office Suite.Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems.Strong administrative and financial control experience.Excellent communication & customer service skills.Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities.Leads By Example / Hands-on / Role model behaviour.Knowledge or understanding of the home sales process, preferred.Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.Must hold a current National Police Check and First Aid Certificate.We thank all applicants in advance for applying; however, only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.What We Offer YouA rewarding career in a growing business.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for development and advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment with experienced support professionals and a peer network.Recruitment AgenciesPlease note that we will not accept unsolicited resumes from Recruitment Agencies.
