In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you''ll manage the full recruitment process across various departments, including Credit, Customer Experience, IT, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Collections. In this position, no two days are the same and you will report directly into the Head of People & Culture. Youll drive everything from role briefings to offer negotiations and onboarding, all while building relationships, fostering innovation, and acting like an owner. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing organization.Your Day-to-Day May Include (but is not limited to):Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing and advertising to interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and seamless onboarding.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, role requirements, and long-term workforce needs, ensuring the best fit for both the role and company culture.Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, executing tailored attraction strategies to engage active and passive candidates.Shortlisting, conducting telephone screenings, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth, engaging process for both candidates and hiring managers.Championing employer branding by crafting compelling job ads and running recruitment campaigns, delivering an authentic candidate experience.Supporting and advising hiring managers on best practices for recruitment, inclusive hiring, and interview techniques.Maintaining up-to-date records in our ATS and providing timely, actionable recruitment data and reports to the Head of People & Culture.Continuously improving recruitment processes by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline systems.Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring fairness and consistency at every stage of recruitment.Handling all candidate information and recruitment data with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.The Work PerksAt Finance One, we grow together.
