Based in Sale, Ballarat, Hobart or HorshamAccess salary packaging to increase take-home payFull-time, Maximum term role (12 months)Your new roleAs a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that there are appropriate and relevant strategies, planning, implementation, and operations to meet the ICT service support needs of the staff, sites, and divisions across Uniting.In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:Providing 1st and 2nd level help desk support for the companys core applications, systems, and hardware.Monitoring queues and answering customer calls.Responding to questions from internal staff face to face, via telephone, and email.Providing onsite support within the region.Your skills and experienceProven experience as a member of a help desk team using ITIL processes and compatible technologies to maintain service support excellence.Demonstrated experience in providing services within a diverse geographical region to a large service organisation.Demonstrated experience in engaging with ICT and other professionals.Working knowledge of O365 applications.How to applyClick APPLY to submit your interest.If this role sounds like a good fit for you, please apply soon.
