Look no further as we have the perfect opportunity for you!Fly in fly outAttractive SalaryLeading global organisationYour new companyHays has partnered with an international mining company who are focused on producing base metals like copper and zinc.Your new roleAs a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Lead HR projects on diversity, inclusion, change management, and engagement.Manage employee grievances and discipline per company standards and legislation.Investigate and resolve employee complaints fairly and promptly.Assist with performance management, including setting SMART objectives and appraising development.Support HR processes like performance reviews, remuneration, budget planning, and cost reviews.Collaborate with HR teams at various sites.Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets.Apply analytical skills to identify and implement improvements.Understand the Industrial Relations framework and legislation.Exhibit strong planning, organisational skills, and self-management.Build rapport across departments and employee levels.Prioritise activities based on stakeholder needs.Drive and implement effective change.Apply contemporary HR principles and practices.Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.Understand HR disciplines and IR/ER practices.What you will need to succeedHR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment.Coordinated and supported various HR projects.Interpreted and negotiated Enterprise Agreements.Liaised with unions and third-party organisations.Familiar with HR software like PageUp and SAP.Experience working in industries such as oil, gas, construction, mining is preferred but not a must-have.What we can offer you9-month contract - asap start.Fly in, fly out.Great teamGlobal organisation.Great site facilities including a gym, pool and outdoor area.8/6 roster.If this role sounds like you forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or for further information you can contact Enya Gallagher on 07 3243 3049 or enya.gallagher@hays.com.au.
