Being one of the first points of contact for ER enquiries through all communication channels whilst providing support in executing employee documentation and employment contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with centres on outstanding compliance tasksAssisting with generating employment contracts and lettersProviding timely guidance on internal policies and processesMaintaining accurate employee records and facilitating employment changes through our HRIS UKG DimensionsWorking with high volume, sensitive data in a timely and professional mannerAbout YouSolution-focused with strong attention to detailDemonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentialityStrong time management and organisational skillsDeveloped skills in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within a team environmentFormal qualifications in HR or a related disciplineHold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.Benefits at G8Competitive salary packageHybrid working conditions with 3 days in office and 2 from homeWork at our Brisbane office which hosts stunning views of the city and river.
