The team ensures clients meet legislative and regulatory requirements and provides legal and administrative support and guidance to clients'' boards of directors.To support our growing practice, we have an opening for a Consultant in our ECG team in any one of our Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne offices, therefore read on to see where a career with EY ECG can take you!Your key responsibilities may include:Proactive support to engagement team with management of a portfolio of domestic and global multi-national companies.Providing corporate secretarial compliance support to external clients and internal EY stakeholders, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard and within our commercial operating mode. This will include preparation and completion of statutory forms, minutes and resolutions, supporting legal documents and lodging documents with ASIC and related regulatory authorities. Through developing strong relationships with clients, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and governance and best practice advice.You will also have the opportunity to provide support to the global Subsidiary Management team, which will include project management support on large scale engagements.
