As a valued member of the library team, you will actively engage with patrons, fostering meaningful interactions and enhancing their experience. We are looking for individuals who are customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a proactive, "can-do" mindset.Key Responsibilities:Provide proactive and high-quality customer service in alignment with the librarys customer charter.Assist patrons with using library electronic resources, devices, and applications, including basic troubleshooting.Promote awareness and understanding of library services, resources, and facilities.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve work practices.Complete all assigned coursework and tasks efficiently and within set timeframes.This role operates on a rotating weekly roster, covering the librarys full range of opening hours, including some evening, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
