Our nationwide initiatives are at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.At Enerven, were focussed on connecting you with tomorrow.About the roleDue to accelerated business growth, we are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator with a strong background in utilities, and/or infrastructure sectors and a strong understanding of HV Maintenance contracts.Your role will be to price electrical maintenance services and fieldwork activities for a broad range of contracts and projects. Projects will include high voltage infrastructure, electrical distribution, and transmission networks, telecommunications and renewables.You will also support the broader Bids Team in the preparation of Electrical estimating tender documents and the coordination of Bids.Day to day you will:Provide accurate and timely cost estimating services to Enerven Operations deptIdentify and develop innovative and alternative solutions to minimise the cost of projectsEnsure that inputs sourced from internal/external groups reflect the scope and meet current SA Power Networks/ Enerven and Australian StandardsOptimise the mix of components costs i.e. labour, materials, plant and external services to achieve the most economical solutionPrepare cost estimates and material lists for variations to projectsAssist with ongoing improvements to the master data used in estimatingAbout youYou will bring:An Electrical Trade qualification OR a Degree in Electrical EngineeringSolid experience in HV Electrical estimating rolesCompetency in the preparation of detailed project cost estimates.About usAt Enerven, we want our work to make a difference.
