We are dedicated to utilising the latest hardware and software technology, to provide unparalleled service to our clients.The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Survey Manager to join our dynamic team for our shift into SEQ. As a Survey Manager at RCS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our survey projects, ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled surveyors, coordinating with clients, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of surveyors on various land and engineering surveying projects.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all work meets quality standards and client specifications.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance.Liaise with clients & contractors to ensure effective communication and project coordination.Conduct toolbox talks and site audits on staff and contractors.Prepare and review detailed reports, plans, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Surveying.Proven experience in a Survey Manager role or similar capacity.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.Experience with client management and procuring work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.How to Apply:If you are passionate about surveying and looking to advance your career with a reputable company, we would love to hear from you.
