Join the MEGT Foundation team at Ringwood, VIC and help shape a brighter future for those in need!Launched in 2021, the MEGT Foundation is a transformative initiative created by the MEGT Board to increase access to education for women from disadvantaged communities.As MEGT Foundation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Scholarship Program, directly contributing to the success of individuals and communities who need it most.This is an exciting 15hr per week part-time opportunity where youll work alongside the MEGT Foundation Manager to build and enhance the systems, processes, and frameworks that will empower Scholars to thrive. Youll be at the heart of driving positive change, coordinating activities that provide Scholars with the educational and workforce skills they need to succeed.Based in Ringwood, your core responsibilities will encompass recruitment, marketing, coaching, and fostering a supportive community for our Scholars. On a day-to-day basis, you will:Coordinate and implement high-quality Scholarship Program activities in line with the Foundations strategic objectives.Work closely with our Marketing and Communications team to deliver an engaging marketing plan for recruitment and advocacy.Manage systems and processes for tracking Scholar data, including budgets, progress, and wellbeing support.Cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to further the Foundations goals.Coordinate personalized coaching and support to Scholars, creating a community of practice that ensures their success.Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement, and contribute ideas that help the MEGT Foundation evolve and grow.About YouYou are an empathetic, solution-driven individual with a proactive, "can-do" attitude, always seeking opportunities to make a positive impact. Your exceptional administrative skills are complemented by your ability to build strong, united relationships within the community.To succeed in this role, you will bring your:Experience in project coordination, administration, and budget planning, including developing project plans, processes, and systems.Experience in continuous improvement analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of program systems and processes.Proven experience in developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Capacity to support the coordination and facilitation of various events including Community of Practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and Scholars.Experience in personal/professional coaching support.Exceptional written and oral communication along with attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of information security.High level of digital literacy across multiple applications and programs.Tertiary qualification/s in a related field, for example, community development/services, training, education, business administration are highly regarded.MEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
