You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.Role Type: 12 months Secondment/Fixed Term Contract, Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will have the opportunity to:Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.Coach customers through each step of the journey.Act as a mentor to other members of the branch, coach them, and enjoy inspiring them to provide the best possible customer experience.Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customers experience with ANZ is seamless.Deliver on our Customer Promises to ensure customers are strong advocates for ANZ.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Strong customer focus, with home lending and retail banking experience.Significant experience in financial services and attention to detail.Experience in being an active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be proactive and work in a collaborative team environment.Youre not expected to have 100% of these skills.
