To support our growing operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Load Scheduler / Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewAs a Load Scheduler / Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising our transportation and logistics processes. You will be responsible for scheduling, planning and tracking loads to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate outbound and inbound deliveries to meet production and customer demands.Communicate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.Optimise load planning to maximise efficiency and minimise transportation costs.Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules and carrier performance.Track deliveries and resolve any delays or transportation issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.Assist in inventory management and stock control related to logistics.Prepare reports and analyse data to improve logistics efficiency.RequirementsProven experience in logistics, transportation planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of scheduling, freight coordination and route planning.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ERP systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Effective communication skills to liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.How To ApplyIf you are an organised and proactive professional looking to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!
