For more information on our business please go to www.clennettsmitre10.com.au.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Member / Plumbing Specialist to work as an all-rounder, but predominantly in the Plumbing department at our Sorell Store. If you have a passion for customer service, effective communication skills, knowledge of plumbing, kitchen and bathroom products, a positive attitude and are willing to learn new things then we would love to hear from you. The role will initially be Casual with the potential for the role to become Full-Time in future. You must be available to work occasional weekends.ResponsibilitiesAssisting customers with their plumbing selections and provide knowledgeable and expert advice demonstrating product features where required.Liaising with warehouse staff and suppliers.Product ordering, restocking of products, including merchandise stock ensuring products are correctly ticketed and displayed.Assist on Point of Sale as required.Ensuring retail showroom is always clean and presentable.Ensure fast turnaround of stock from pallet to shelves.Work with your fellow team members to solve problems and provide solutions in our large and well-organised store as they occur daily.Picking & packing of plumbing deliveries.RequirementsForklift licence would be an advantage.High customer service & communication skills.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing when required.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in the plumbing industry would be advantageous but not essential.Excellent attitude to teamwork.You may be required to work a varied roster which will incorporate weekdays and occasional Saturdays and Sundays.Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.BenefitsAt Clennett''s Mitre 10, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
