This role will work in a multidisciplinary team environment to provide high level administrative support to assist with the day-to-day operations ensuring efficient flow of information and correspondence relative to the activities associated with H2HK service and CAMHS more broadly.The Role:The role will be a contact point for consumers, families, carers, support workers and clinicians and will be required to work with and prepare sensitive and confidential correspondence and coordinate a range of administrative tasks and documents.As part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services, the Administrative Officer:Undertakes a range of high-level administrative functions for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Team including supervision of administrative staff and the coordination of administrative processes.Provides high level day to day administrative support services to CAMHS.Details of appointment:Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 21 October 2026.*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.Benefits available to eligible candidates:Professional development and accelerated pathways.A range of leave entitlements, including study leave and Professional Development Support.Fitness Passport You, and your family can access 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for just $13.95 per week per person, or $25.95 for a family.More information about our Employee Benefits can be found here.Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.Current Working with Children Registration*Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of these may be checked at any time during employment.
