Bellwether are Principal Contractors who provide Project Delivery expertise across the project life cycle from project conception to completion.Due to our recent project wins, we require 2 x Electrical Site Supervisors to join our team, to carry out the supervision on our electrical packages of work.The electrical packages include the construction of conduits and pits for high voltage, low voltage, communications and signalling cables.We''re after people who are professional, hands-on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.We have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, great work / life balance, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.Projects weve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.Were a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.Ideal candidates will have:Relevant experience managing electrical works including HV / LV, communications and signalling cablesExperience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projectsAbility to lead, coordinate and prioritise tasks, resources, and timelines efficientlyKnowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systemsStrong written/verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholdersDemonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standardsElectrical qualificationBellwether provide opportunities for career development and the chance to be influential in the overall growth of the business.
