At Temperzone, our culture and values define who we are, forming the backbone of all we do.Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs a Technical Support Technician, youll play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our Technical Support Department, providing expert assistance to service agents, contractors, and consumers alike.Key Responsibilities IncludeOffering general and technical support for all Temperzone products in the Australian market.Assisting service agents with spare parts selection and providing technical service and commissioning support via phone, email, or fax.Liaising with service agents, contractors, and consumers to ensure seamless support.Supporting the classification and reuse of returned goods, and assisting with epidemic failure investigations and parts recovery.Conducting training sessions on Temperzone productsinternally and externallyand hosting product seminars as per set schedules.Providing start-up and commissioning assistance, as well as technical investigations for fault finding.Assisting the warranty team with parts or technical inquiries and evaluating service agents.Demonstrating product operations and commissioning processes to installation/service contractors as required.QualificationsWhat Were Looking ForA minimum of 5 years experience in the air conditioning industry.Demonstrable HVAC service, diagnostic, and commissioning experience.High-level knowledge in systems controls and mechanics.Competency in air conditioning system design technicalities.Solid understanding of system controls and customer service focus.Additional InformationWhy Join Us?Access to health and well-being initiatives.A supportive and inclusive environment where you can thrive.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Stability and growth within a respected, privately owned company.A pre-employment medical check and national police check are required.Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand and Australia.We are proud of what we do, and were looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and innovation.
