Dont miss this opportunity to join Australias fastest growing, privately owned automotive repair network.What we offer:Strategic Leadership Opportunity Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing, innovative business in the automotive repair industry.Collaborative & Supportive Team Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams in a business that values teamwork and shared success.Career Growth & Impact Lead performance, drive operational excellence, and influence strategic decision-making.Attractive Remuneration Package Competitive salary aligned with performance and business outcomes.Work from Home Flexibility Enjoy the balance of remote and on-site work.About the Role:Develop and maintain dashboards, lead indicators, and performance scorecards to track business performance.Provide financial and operational analysis with insights to support senior decision-making.Own and contribute to the development of common processes, systems and tools for reporting (e.g. BI reporting suite).Support leadership and board reporting with regular performance reviews and initiative assessments.Act as the primary contact for operational performance queries.Develop planning models for annual budgeting and re-forecasting with the CFO.Coordinate budgets and forecasts with Regional General Managers.Identify and monitor key value drivers in business plans and forecasts.Track expenditure against targets and collaborate with cost center managers on performance.Foster a collaborative, team-based culture with strong communication and leadership.Drive continuous improvement and enhance commercial acumen across the business.Other tasks as required.About You:Tertiary qualification in an appropriate business or financial discipline or Postgraduate Business Degree.Proven experience in a commercial management, finance partner or similar role, preferably in automotive, retail, or service industries.Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Excellent leadership and people relationship abilities, with a track record of driving business performance.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.A creative mind, practiced in commercial decisions and solutions.A high level of computer literacy.The ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.Strong self-starter with a preparedness to take the initiative, a desire to achieve results and a professional work ethic.Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
