Talent Acquisition Advisor Talent Pool CampaignOffice Locations: Haymarket, Parramatta, Newcastle or GosfordWorking arrangements: Hybrid arrangements available, with 2 days in-office per weekEmployment type: Full Time and Part-Time opportunities available (ongoing/permanent or temporary)Hours: Flexible Working Arrangements available, 35 hours per weekSalary: Clerk grade 7/8 - $110,266 - $122,058 + super based on experience.Are you a customer-centric talent acquisition specialist looking to make your move into a large government organisation?The Talent Team at the Department of Customer Service is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors to drive our ongoing strategy to acquire talent, supporting organisational goals.You will have the opportunity to grow your professional career in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, add value, and make a positive impact in the team and across the multiple divisions of the Department of Customer Service.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for experienced Recruiters to be involved in this talent pool campaign to be considered for future roles here at DCS and across NSW Government!You as the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work in an agile environment managing recruitment requests varying from bespoke, project and campaign recruitment as a member of the larger portfolio team.You will work closely with hiring managers to recruit proactively both passive and active talent, ultimately contributing to the talent roadmap of the business across multiple divisions.This role will see you provide exceptional recruitment advice, top-notch candidate care and client engagement to deliver top talent across a variety of levels and roles.You are not afraid to be adaptable and hands-on in finding proactive and strategic ways to provide advice and solutions to deliver a positive and successful recruitment process within your portfolios.In this role you will:Deliver end to end talent acquisition services in line with best practice, legislation and Public Service Commission guidelines.Design creative job adverts and talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet tight project deadlines.Coach managers on best practice approaches and talent management strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships and influence hiring managers and decision makers at different levels.Interpret in-depth recruitment and industry reports to offer valuable insights and data-driven suggestions aimed at enhancing the decision-making process in recruitment.About youTo succeed as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have a unique blend of experience including:Sound experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements.Experience in managing or coordinating recruitment projects within a high-volume environment will be beneficial.Strong attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication such as creating strategic recruitment campaigns and job ads.Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.Ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain strategic integrity, whilst working in a changing environment.Demonstrated experience creating exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment journey.Undertake a range of administrative service in line with best practice methodologies, legislative and Public Service Commission guidelines.What to expect!Initial pre-screening questions via a video interview will be made available to any eligible applicants with the intention of being completed by the week of 28th April.
