Working within the dynamic Commercial Sales team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and further develop your career with a market leading high performance team.Key responsibilities will include:Working with the Directors of Sales and the whole sales teamReporting and advising on market activity, analysing trends, preparing presentations and maintaining research databasesPreparing property submissions for the agents pitchesPreparing information memorandums and marketing material for upcoming sales campaignsWorking and collaborating with other divisions within the company to disseminate timely, accurate, and useful information to the teamMaintaining an understanding of financial modelling of assets and cash flowsMaintaining up-to-date economic knowledge and applying an understanding of the influences these have on the property marketWhat Sets You ApartCompleted an undergraduate degree in Property or related field (preferred but not essential)Basic/general understanding of the property marketExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Lateral thinking and problem-solving abilityDesire to be part of a high performance teamExceptional attention to detailStrong work ethic with a desire to progress your property careerWhat Sets Us ApartWe actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
