The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal support to all departments and the company as a financial services licenser.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice for the company''s operations, including the review, preparation, and amendment of relevant legal documentation.Contract Management: Review and manage contracts with third parties to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.Analyze changes in financial regulations and corporate laws, advising management on their potential impact on the companys operations.Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to address regulatory inquiries and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.Provide legal support for licensing applications, renewals, and other interactions with financial regulatory bodies.Act as the key point of contact for legal matters across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders to obtain and provide information relevant to the companys operations.Minimum RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Law or related field.
