With a mandate to manage a significant portfolio of property developments and investments across a broad range of asset classes in the property development industry, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be exposed to a group currently undergoing a significant growth phase. The groups portfolio comprises exciting property developments and investments managed by external partners who are seen as market leaders changing the industrys landscape with innovative developments that in most cases also provide financial returns better than the industry average.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a direct role and be mentored across the full lifecycle of the transaction. The key requirement of the role will be to assist the business with modelling, analysis and financial reporting of various individual projects within the existing portfolio, overall portfolio and consolidation of related operating businesses.
