We deliver high quality operational HR advice, transactional services and an amazing customer experience, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:HR Shared Services / HR AdvisoryBeing in a junior generalist roleStakeholder managementCase managementWorking on strategic operational transformation projectsIn our People at PwC Advisory team, your impact will be seen by:Utilising the P&C case management platform ServiceNow and ServiceNow chat.Probation management - utilising our Enboarder platform to support our team leaders in managing probation for their team members. Proactively calling every team leader with someone on probation on a monthly basis to support them in being successful and working with them if they need additional support.Leave management - utilising dashboards to support our team leaders in supporting their people with leave. Monitoring leave balances on a monthly basis.Inducting all new Team Leaders into the PwC way of working as a Team Leader - providing continuing support via set program of work.PwC Employee lifecycle programs - key defined role in supporting the business and the business partners deliver employee lifecycle projects e.g. Annual review, Talent Review etc.Performance Management support - supporting Team Leaders on end-to-end Performance Improvement plans for underperforming employees both informally and formally.Wellness and wellbeing cases - case management supporting SCI cases. Working with the individual and the business, with SMEs in WH&S.Operation support - liaising with key operations stakeholders to ensure business reporting and systems are up to date and accurate.Team Leader support - responding to ad-hoc Team Leader queries that relate to managing their people. Funneling them into one of the existing services when needed.Supporting the delivery of a range of strategic and transformational culture, talent, organisational design and change projects that have a direct impact on the success of our business, aligned to the line of service strategy.Driving a values based culture that enhances business performance, provides commercial People & Culture advice and effectively manages risk to resolve issues relating to performance and conduct, in line with PwCs policies and internal protocols.Supporting and developing team leaders to have difficult conversations and coach team leaders to prompt and maintain an environment of respect and inclusion.Advising on health and wellbeing concerns which impact the individual and firm.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
