Experience with tax compliance or accounting software is highly desirable.A knowledge and understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles (or be willing to learn) and ideally had exposure to financial statements.A strong client focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick identification and resolution of issues to ensure smooth implementation processes and high client satisfaction.In our Tax Reporting & Innovation team, your impact will be seen by:Working closely with new clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process. This includes documentation of business requirements, initial setup, configuration, and comprehensive training.Managing the end-to-end implementation process for Workforce Automate, ensuring that all client-specific configurations and customisations are completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption to their operations.Identifying opportunities for improving the implementation process and work with the relevant teams to implement these improvements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters and addressing any issues or questions that arise.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
