As a key managed service provider in the market, it is an important function of the role to maintain a core focus around the delivery of Network Infrastructure Solutions. In addition, the critical focus is to deliver outstanding service to customers by providing dedicated, focused and specialist levels of technical service in order to meet agreed objectives and delivery timelines. Ensuring the effective implementation of projects in a consistent, qualitative way to our customers is crucial, as well as acting as a local centre of excellence, contributing to a continuous improvement approach in technical delivery.The Senior Network Consultant requires designing and architecting complex networks while technically leading the larger projects. It is a hybrid role with work from home options and reports to the Technical Team Leader.Scope of RoleSenior "go to person" for technical queries, escalating issues to the Technical Team Leader where requiredTechnical lead for larger projectsManage scope and project variationsEnsure delivery milestones are managed to quality, time and budget adhering to agreed project plans and schedulesEnsure compliance to all policies and procedures, quality systems and internal controlsProvide technical advisory to customers, key stakeholders and teams within the businessCreate technical documentation and transition projects to BAU support teamsProvide technical reviews and support for Presales and PMO teamsAdhere to required processes including call logging, change control, information security and compliance practices/standardsValidate project deliverables and ensure outcomes are aligned to Scope and DesignAbout YouYou will possess experience and understanding of networking, wireless, security, cloud services, end user compute, storage, backup and virtualization technologies.
