Together for excellence.In this role, as the IT Application Technical Analyst, you will work closely with Business Consultants and Domain Owners throughout the entire IT delivery process from requirement understanding to analysis of the actual situation, determination of the target status, derivation and development of the target solution to implementation and introduction of the target solution in the respective area. There is also a strong focus on supporting applications.The role requires a solid level of understanding of business applications, their integration points and the underlying business processes.Key duties & responsibilities:Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of their application.Identifies and evaluates proposed changes to the application.Operate within 1st and 2nd level support team providing analysis and resolution of application related issues, including Interfaces, major incidents and support of other related applications. Where required, appropriate documentation and escalation to the next level support or service provider.Monitors and reports on running applications.Responsible for all interface monitoring, management and resolution (in consultation with the Middleware Specialist).Root cause analysis and resolution of incidents.What you will need to be successful:IT background supporting a broad range of applications/systems.Experience or basic knowledge in Continuous Delivery and DevOps processes.Understanding of agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).Strong technical background in applications, interfaces, and integration platforms.Understanding of process mapping and process improvement methods.Strong understanding of automotive sales processes in Australia and/or New Zealand advantageous.Why you should apply:Become a key member of a fun and motivated team in a positive and friendly environment.Join a large, global organisation dedicated to inclusivity and diversity!On-site parking and childcare centres only minutes away!QualificationsThis is a local, contract role.
