The successful candidate will manage and grow key enterprise accounts, drive new business opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction. With a strong background in Managed IT Services, you will leverage your expertise across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration to develop strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor for IT solutions.Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new enterprise customers.Solution Selling: Work closely with technical teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions, including network, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.Pipeline Development: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.Vendor & Partner Engagement: Collaborate with leading technology vendors to leverage solutions and drive business outcomes.Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management, regular business reviews, and strategic planning.Contract & Commercial Management: Work with internal teams to negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and ensure commercial success.Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Managed IT Services, with a strong understanding of network, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration.Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, ideally in the mid-market to enterprise segment.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Networking, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security frameworks, and modern workplace solutions.Relationship Management: Ability to engage at C-level and build trusted, long-term partnerships.Sales & Commercial Acumen: Experience with solution selling, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Familiarity with major technology vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work autonomously while meeting and exceeding sales targets.Why Orro?Orro is an exciting Australian technology company with a wealth of experience and expertise.
