Youll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As ANZ Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of Macquaries ANZ immigration services ensuring the immigration program is both legally compliant and supportive of commercial objectives.You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide consultations with internal stakeholders, coordinate case management, raise awareness of compliance risks and effectively manage 3rd party vendor relationships. You will also evaluate the end-to-end immigration life cycle to identify process improvement opportunities along with future proofing the function.What you offerDemonstrated experience in an ANZ immigration role, with a strong understanding of visa regulations and processingPrevious experience in a Global Mobility role is preferred but not essentialAbility to provide a strategic lens to immigration which is employee-focused and supportive of business goalsAbility to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction and the ability to delegate successfullyAn inquisitive mindset and strong change management skillsWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you''re excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About Financial Management, People and EngagementFinancial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquaries businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management.
