The Technical Lead will develop using the ServiceNow low-code system to increase application delivery capacity and speed the delivery of solutions.In this role, you will work and develop with a dedicated team of enthusiastic and friendly colleagues across the country. This role offers development opportunities, and the team is committed to providing the necessary support to achieve this.About you:The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, hardworking, and keen to learn and advance.To be successful you will have:Demonstrated experience in System Software - installing, managing, controlling, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure systems software, to meet operational needs and service levels.Experience in Project Management - to enable you to deliver agreed outcomes from projects using appropriate management techniques, collaboration, leadership and governance.Experience in Programming/software development - developing software components to deliver value to stakeholders.Experience in Software Design to design software components and modules to meet defined requirements by following agreed design standards and principles.Demonstrated experience in User Experience Design producing design concepts and prototypes for user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service.Essential:Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearanceVocational certification in ServiceNow TechnologyDesirable:Academic qualification (degree, postgraduate) in technology and/or aligned qualificationsVocational certification in modern technologies (e.g. Agile, network, cloud, platforms)More information about this position, the scope of the role, duties and required capabilities and experience, is contained within the Position Description, which is linked below and available on our Career Opportunities page.How to apply:To be considered, all applications must be submitted online via the Career Opportunities page.
