As in your role you will help more people live well and enjoy confident lives.An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurichs Life Insurance team as a Business Development Manager.You will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with named distribution partners on a local level and for distributing Zurich products and services via intermediaries. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you will actively build the distribution network by prospecting, introducing, and attracting new distribution partners to Zurich, whilst you promote a consistent and compelling product and service message to intermediaries.You will enjoy building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with advisers, Dealer Groups and brokers and maintain a good understanding of the customers and/or distributors in your own portfolio, their business, and the industry, allowing you to surface opportunities.Important to your success - let''s grow togetherStrong experience managing multiple or large distribution partnersInnate understanding of the risk administration/underwriting process and servicesAbility to proactively pursue business and establish strong strategic relationshipsWillingness to learn about the suite of Zurichs Insurance productsSuperior communication and stakeholder management skillsBelong.
