Critical to this is the roll-out of universal 3-year-old preschool from 2026, giving every child access to 2 years of teacher-led, play-based early learning before school.About The Role:As an Implementation Officer, you will work within the Change and Local Partnerships Directorate, collaborating with local teams to guide the early childhood reforms across the state. Your role will directly support early childhood services to navigate and implement their service obligations for delivery and embedment of universal 3-year-old preschool and associated supports.As An Implementation Officer, Early Childhood, You Will:Support early childhood services to meet their partnership obligations and deliverables.Provide advice and guidance on data collection, reporting requirements, and the development of operational plans.Provide a high standard of customer service and foster collaboration with service providers, stakeholders, and local communities to drive the success of early childhood reforms.Coordinate and monitor partnership arrangements, ensuring compliance and tracking of key milestones and outcomes.Provide insights and analysis to support policy development, operational planning, and continuous improvement of partnership arrangements.About You:To be successful in this role, we are looking for:Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and provide sound advice.Demonstrated experience in project coordination and partnership management including monitoring of milestones and reporting of outcomes to deliver high-quality results.
