The role oversees:Ensuring all services and practices are delivered with a strong focus on the individualProvide Clinical Leadership, support, coaching and mentoring to staffSupervision and delegation of tasks to nursing and care staff teams within the facilityLiaise with other health care professionals to ensure appropriate plans of care are facilitated and delivered.Building strong working relationships with staff, management, residents, families and suppliersWork with the Executive Team and the Clinical Governance Manager to monitor and evaluate service delivery to meet governance and strategic objectives; aligning with the Consumer Directed Care Model; meeting the outcomes of the Aged Care Quality StandardsActively participate in operational planning and managementPromoting a working environment supporting WH&S and infection control practicesA little about you.
