This hands-on, operational role is in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be continually challenged and gain extensive, varied experience across the business.Reporting directly to the Reporting and Analytics Manger, your role will involve delivering accurate and timely data and analysis to support key operational decisions. You will collaborate with various business units to refine processes and enhance the overall performance of the business.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain operational and financial performance reports, including daily kill and yield summaries, labour and utility cost tracking, and production throughput reports.Analyse and interpret trends, providing insights and commentary to operational and executive teams across multiple TFI sites.Collaborate with site managers, finance, and production teams to improve data accuracy, understand variances, and contribute to forecasting.Support and improve reporting automation via Excel, Power BI, and data from Jet Reports and Daisy/Business Central.Maintain documentation and processes to ensure continuity and improve report reliability.Assist in long-term projects, including KPI dashboard development, integration of new sites, and improvements to reporting methodology.Experience and Qualifications:Must Have:Strong proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.High attention to detail and an analytical mindset.Ability to manage time and tasks across recurring daily/weekly reports and ad hoc requests.Clear communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.Self-motivation and a willingness to learn new systems and reporting tools.Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements.Desirable:Experience with Power BI or Jet Reports.Background in meat processing, agriculture, or manufacturing industries.Knowledge of ERP systems such as Business Central or Daisy.Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Economics or similarBenefits:Comprehensive ongoing training and mentorship.Excellent career development opportunities, including involvement in strategic projects and initiatives.If this sounds like you please Apply Now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
