Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.We are Vicinity.About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Vicinity Centres'' finance team as a contract Accounts Payable Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers across our portfolio of retail properties. The role is based in our Chadstone, Victoria office and will involve a mix of remote and on-site work.What you''ll be doingAP tasks (verifying invoices, coding, expense management and invoice processing).Support with project work, data analysis and reporting.Assist in implementing new reporting requirements.Data analysis to determine trends and areas requiring further attention.Reconcile Utility accounts as required.What we''re looking forOver 5 years of Accounts Payable experience with an understanding of Accounts Payable functions.Experience in contributing to projects.Ability to document processes and procedures.Analyse and interpret data for reporting.Ability to navigate various system applications.Proficient in reconciliations, analysis, & troubleshooting AP issues.We live and work by our values of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, Collaboration and Excellence.
